Advocate Shyam Padman practices at the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Kerala, consumer fora including the National Consumer Dispute Resdressal Commission, New Delhi, other High Courts and trial courts.

Advocate Shyam Padman started practice under the tutelage of Senior Lawyer Adv.T.P. Aravindakshan in 1990 and founded M/s. Shyam Padman Associates (SPA) in 1995. SPA has offices in Calicut, Cochin and Trivandrum in Kerala with an affiliate office in New Delhi.

He has an extensive practice in Writ Jurisidiction before the Constitutional Courts in India. He has a strong foothold in civil litigation with a special focus in property disputes, labour law, consumer protection law, service law, medical negligence, personal laws among all others.
